Boondi Raita a very commonly served condiment / comes with a accompliment in a thali. Its healthy, nutritious and delicious to have and often served chilled with rice recipes like Biryani and pulav. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 cup Boondi <br />Water <br />2 cups yogurt <br />Black salt <br />1/2 tsp cumin seed powder <br />Sugar (Optional) <br />1/4 tsp Red chilli Powder <br />Salt <br />Coriander leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Soak the boondi in water and leave it aside for 5 mins <br />- In a bowl add the yogurt,2 cups yogurt, black salt,cumin seed powder, sugar, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and whisk everything well. <br />- Drain out all the water from the boondi and pour the boondi in the bowl <br />- Mix everything well and serve chilled.
